He is survived by: his wife Mary Bernadine Mayall (Flaherty); and his children, Deneen Mallon, Kimberly Miller, Michael Rampone, Barry Mayall, Christopher Mayall and Brian Mayall. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
