He is survived by: his wife Sharon Lee Harte; his daughter Katherine Kudzma (David); his grandson Simon Kudzma; his daughter Marcella Harte Conlon (Patrick); his sister Frances LeCates (Jimmy); and his nephew Jamie LeCates (Jenn).
Viewing will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Watson Funeral Home & Crematorium (211 Washington St, Millsboro, DE 19966). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In keeping with Benjamin's wishes, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Disabled American Veterans (DAV).
