She was predeceased by: her parents, George Sr. Philpott and Kathleen Philpott; her son Owen Bernard Horten III; and her brother George Philpott Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Keith Blake; her daughters, Kimberly Anne Horten (Michael Michelsen) and Carrie Lynn Phillips (Brooks); her stepdaughter Kayla Syphard (Robert); her grandchildren, Raven Horten, Nathan Harper, Kaleb Horten, Caden Phillips, Blake Phillips and Anna Syphard; and her sister Patricia Saia (Pete).
