He is survived by: his wife Grace Ellen Elizabeth Garrison (Blake); his children, Felita Purnell, Eugenia Garrison, Clementine Garrison and Tobias Short; and his grandchildren, Deronte Purnell, Tiffany Purnell, Tynessa Garrison, Dale Elliott, Stephen Garrison, Sheena Purnell, Ashley Purnell and Jhryll Garrison. He is also survived by many great grandchildren; along with extended family.
