Though Catherine may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Benjamin Walls and Nellie Elizabeth Walls (Short); her husband Garland Neale Batchelor; and her daughter Lisa Catherine Batchelor. She is survived by: her daughter Jacqueline Renae McGrellis (Walter) of Millsboro, DE; and her grandson Liam McGrellis of Millsboro, DE..
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Long Neck Chapel (32013 Long Neck Rd, Millsboro, DE 19966). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Long Neck Chapel of Melson Funeral Services (32013 Long Neck Rd, Millsboro, DE 19966).
