He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Babcock of Georgetown, DE; his children, Austin Messa, Hayden Babcock and Rylie Babcock; his grandchildren, Alaya, Hayes and Wesley; and his brothers, Warner Babcock Jr., Marc Babcock of Marshall, Daniel Babcock (Lynn) of Marshall and Ricky Babcock of St. Leo. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
