She was predeceased by : her father Thomas Shone. She is survived by : her mother Dolores Kwasny Shone; her husband Gary Mack; her daughters, Samantha Mullins (Brent) of North Carolina, Brittany Somerville of North Carolina and Kimberly Campbell (Weston) of Northumberland; and her sisters, Sandi O'Donnell (Jack) of Wyoming and Andrea Bonacci (Leonard) of Downingtown.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions can be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society or the American Cancer Society AstraZeneca Hope Lodge in Philadelphia, in memory of Deborah J. Mack.
