It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Edward L. Jackson of Millsboro, Delaware, born in Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away on December 21, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen (Gulcynski) and Edward Jackson, Jr.; his siblings, Josephine Lewandowski and Joseph Jackson; and his son Bud Shoemaker.

He is survived by: his wife Helen Jackson (Sill); his sons, Edward, Bruce (Bonnie) and Richard Shoemaker; his grandchildren, Breydon and Samantha; his great grandchild Jayden; his sisters, Joan Krakowski (John) and Peggy Naughton; and his sister-in-law Chris Jackson.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to the Food Bank of DE, Newark Branch, 222 Lake Drive, Newark, DE 19702.
