He was predeceased by: his father William C. Short. He is survived by: his mother Norma Oliphant Short of Gumboro, DE; his brother Timothy Short (Kara) of Laurel, DE; and his nephew Evan Short. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and many many friends.
