With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Florence Jones of Millsboro, Delaware, who passed away on September 14, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husbands, Marvin Cohen and Robert Jones; her son Jeffrey M. Cohen; her brother Jack Sloan; and her parents, Eva Sloan and Arthur Sloan.

She is survived by: her children, Dr. Brian E. Cohen (Carol), Beth C. Ayoub (Ricky), Peshi Kadosh (Itzhak) and David Jones (Gayle); her grandchildren, Andrea Cohen-Rabiner (Michael Tarik), Jonathan Cohen, Zach Cohen, Erika Ayoub and Mitchell Ayoub; her great grandchildren, Maxx Rabiner and Darya Ayoub; and her nephew Leonard Sloan (Beth).

“So very sorry to hear the news of Florence's passing. I have fond memories of her interacting with my kids as they grew up next door to her. She & Bob z'l came to each of Matthew and Efrayim's bar-mitzvahs. She would come over,visit us on many ocassions. She and Shayna would often come over. I remember often going over to visit her, she loved to watch PBS. sometimes share something from the newspaper. she was famous for her apple pies. May her memory be for blessings. Ranee and Ahdut family”
