He was predeceased by: his father Francis Howard Passmore. He is survived by: his mother Vera Passmore; his wife Debbie Passmore; his daughters, Alicia Wright (James Jr.) and Dayna Melson (Philip); his grandchildren, Abby, Benny, Viv, Gracie, Chey and Waylon; his sisters, Lisa Murphy, Diana Brown and Sharon Burke; his siblings' children, Kathleen, Erica, Steven and Thomas; and his cousin Lou Passmore. He is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Watson Funeral Home & Crematorium (211 Washington St, Millsboro, DE 19966). Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that you honor "Rooster's" memory by donating a Hot Wheels car to a local toy drive.
