He is survived by: his siblings, Edward "Buzzy" and Zella Lewis; his wife Candy; his children, Tracy Czerny, James Czerny (April) and George Czerny Jr. (Billie); his grandchildren, Daniel Czerny (Johnnielynn), John "Jake" Czerny (Katie Craft), Nathan "Nate" Phinney (Mallory), Bridget Weatherwalk, Smith, Jerimiah, Andrew Czerny, Evan Czerny and Levi; and his great grandchildren, Savannah, Ava and Charmaine Grace. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
