He is survived by: his wife Ella McCabe of Millsboro, DE; his daughters, Ginny Nangle (John) of Dagsboro, DE and Gay Moore (David) of Millsboro, DE.; his grandchildren, Kasie Hudson (Jimmy), Kory Moore (Chelsea), Andrew Willey (Kacie) and Adam Willey (Christine); and his sister Frances Williams of Dagsboro, DE..
