She was predeceased by : her father James O'Brien; her former life partner Robert "Bob" Panzullo; her husband Dominick Mastrocola; and her daughters, Diana Panzullo and Nell Panzullo.
She is survived by : her son Robert Panzullo (Yolanda) of Collingdale, PA; her stepchildren, Donna Johnson (Christopher) of Norristown, PA, Rose Couchara (Joseph) of Ocean City, NJ, Dominic Mastrocola (Wayne Smeltzer) of Millsboro, DE, Patricia Lucey (John) of Collegeville, PA and Joseph Mastrocola (Joanne) of Norristown, PA.; and her brothers, John O'Brien of Maine, Robert O'Brien (Faith) of Donellen, FL and Hugh O'Brien (Corita) of Manassas, VA.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren along with extended family members and friends.
