He is survived by: his sisters, Gladys Hopkins, Vanessa Dixon, Charleen Major (Wayne), Ida Mitchell (Kevin) and Janice Dixon Willis; his stepchildren, Ronnie, Jackie, Elizabeth Leak and Norwood Whaley; his close friend Mary Louise Leak; his great grandchild Makiyah Cottingham; his aunt Linda Cooke; and his close friends, Joe Rogers and Kenny Postley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
