He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Wesley and Cleo Verna Patterson (Allen). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Patterson; and his stepdaughters, Denise Coulbourn and Michele Vickers. He is also survived by three step-granddaughters; and seven step-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in Hubert's memory.
