We announce the death of Jackie G. Burton (Millsboro, Delaware), who passed away on September 13, 2026, at the age of 71. Jackie will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Burton and Beatrice Louise Lathbury Burton; and his siblings, Gary Wilkerson, Steven Burton and Billie Jean Timmons.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Beth; his son William; his siblings, Wayne and Penny Meadows (Gary); and his sister-in-law Suzanne Timmons (Steve). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Watson Funeral Home & Crematorium (211 Washington St, Millsboro, DE 19966). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
