With profound sadness, we say goodbye to James T. Joseph of Millsboro, Delaware, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Joseph and Gertrude Joseph. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his sister Ruth Johnson of Georgetown, Delaware; and his children, Cynthia Thornhill of Lockport, Robert Joseph of Garner and William Joseph of Wilmington. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
