He is survived by: his close friend Phyllis Krenzer; his children, Deborah L. McNeal (Larry), Lisa L. Guerrieri (Andre), Stephen J. Slemko (Suk) and Michael J. Slemko; and his sister Sonja W. Kravchuk. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
