He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmel Leroy Collins and Dorothy Lee Collins (Campbell); his wife Elizabeth "Pixie" Collins; and his brother Alan Collins. He is survived by: his sons, Leroy C. Collins (Beth) and Carmel Collins; his grandchildren, Carmel, Jr., Kyler, Katelyn, Gracelynn and Asher; and his siblings, Joyce Morris, Sherman Collins (Ruth) and Richard Collins (Brenda). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family, many friends.
