Though Mark Fulton may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Conners and Rosalys Conners; his wife Debbie Conners (Winship); his son Kevin Conners (Stacey Conners); his grandchild Raen; his child Ashley Sherwin (Adam Sherwin); and his grandchildren, Amelia and Scott. He was also cherished by his grandparents and parents, which he passed down to his children and grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be made to the Brandywine SPCA in Georgetown, DE, where Mark volunteered.
