He was predeceased by: his father Herbert Trotter; his wife Joan Trotter; and his sister Hope Trotter. He is survived by: his girlfriend Dolores "Dee" Troxel; his daughter Shannon J. Trotter of Milford, DE; his stepchildren, Carrie Attig of Georgetown, DE and Rickie Cook, Jr. of Lewes, DE; his grandchildren, Joshua Attig of St. Petersburg, FL, Carly Attig of York, PA and Leah Cook of California; and his great grandchild Jordan Attig. He is also survived by his family, friends.
