She was predeceased by: her siblings, Ernest, Ronald Patey and Jeannette Long. She is survived by: her husband Walter Keith Monroe (Keith) of Millsboro; and her sons, Paul Monroe (Ashley) of Milton and Jon Monroe (Carolanne) of Seaford. She is also survived by grandchildren.
