It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norris L. Godwin Jr. of Millsboro, Delaware, who passed away on June 23, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Godwin, and Norris Godwin, Sr.; his wife Barbara Godwin; and his daughter Dawn Stevens. He is survived by: his daughter Liz Donaway (Bob); his granddaughter Ashley Donaway; his great grandchildren, Ashton, Avery and Addi; his sister Doreen Shaner (Bill) of Durham, NC; and his close friend Donald Ward. He is also survived by many cousins and close family members.
