He was predeceased by: his father Paul W. Lowe; and his brother Preston Lowe. He is survived by: his sister Carol Phillips of Gumboro; his nephew Michael Lowe (Janet); his nieces, Deborah Brock (Kevin) of Gumboro, DE. and Christine Truitt (Brian) of Gumboro, DE.; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Michael Lowe, Jr., Joni Lowe, Brittney Carey, Ashley Truitt and Ryen Brock. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
