It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Paul Norval Garner (Millsboro, Delaware), born in Lewes, Delaware, who passed away on April 3, 2024, at the age of 35, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his grandmother Honora Whaley; and his great-grandparents, Ashley and JaPanda. He is survived by : his parents, Brian W. Garner of Crossville, TN and Michele L. Garner (Whaley) of Millsboro, DE; his sister Dawn Lewis (Russell); and his nephews, Landon of Millsboro, DE and Lincoln Lewis of Millsboro, DE. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
