He was predeceased by: his parents, Augustine Acquaviva and Catherina Acquaviva (Filogona). He is survived by: his wife Giacomina "Jenny" Amelia Acquaviva (Zuccaro). He is also survived by three sons, nine grandchildren, several great-grandchildren; a brother and a sister.
