He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Coulter and Catherine Coulter (Hall); his wife Pauline Coulter; and his brothers, Robert, Vincent and Sonny.
He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Grace Baxter (Michael); his girlfriend Juanita Morch; his grandsons, Brian Sockriter and Scott Sockriter; his great grandchildren, Briana Sockriter and Scott Sockriter, Jr.; his stepdaughters, Kelli Garbutt (Allen) and Kandi Wright; his stepgrandchildren, Brandi Garbutt, Matthew Garbutt, Colby Garbutt and Austin Wright; and his brother-in-law Calvin Ward. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Millsboro Cemetery (31118 Iron Branch Rd, Dagsboro, DE 19939).
