It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Francis Rowe Jr. of Millsboro, Delaware, born in Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away on July 31, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard F. Rowe and Florence M. Rowe (Lally); his wife Elaine (Sweede); his siblings, Leo and Florence Ramey; and his brother-in-law Harold Sweede.

He is survived by: his daughter Lynn Talmo of Millsboro, DE; his daughter-in-law Susan of Selbyville, DE; his brother Paul (Susan) of Vermont; his siblings-in-law, William Sweede and Doris Buchanan; and his grandchildren, Brian Rowe (Caitlin), Ellen Rhodes (Christopher), Kevin Rowe (Kristi), Leanne Hearn (Korey), Dana Talmo (Dave Bird) and Matthew Talmo. He is also survived by his 4 great grandchildren.
