We announce the death of Richard M. Harmel (Millsboro, Delaware), who passed away on July 2, 2026. Richard will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolf Harmel and Maxine Harmel; his former wife Edna Sue Harmel; and his sister Julia Reed. He is survived by: his wife Daneen Harmel; his stepsons, David and Henry Burks; and his nephews, Marty Reed and Bill Walls.
