Norwood II, Barbara O'Neil and Kishia Smith (Terry); his grandchildren, Mya Richards (Bryan), Jonathan Henry, Kyler Rodriguez, LaShawn Handy, Jaylya Eley, Kennedy Smith, Eric McCarty, Janis McCarty and Leroy McCarty; his siblings, Vanessa Rickards, Selena Ross, William Norwood (Conda), Eldred Norwood and Montoya Palmer (Robert); his niece Inez Mahammitt; and his aunts, Janice Davis and Leolga Wright (Dallas). He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Harmony United Methodist Church (27270 John J Williams Hwy, Millsboro, DE 19966). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
