He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Armstrong and Betty Armstrong (Smith); his sister Karen Armstrong; and his father-in-law Frank Koczur. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Joyce Koczur; his wife Deb; his son Logan Garrett (Taylor Neuberger) of Crownsville, MD; his pet Daisy; his close friends, Ray Perkins (Pat), Randy Evans (Tammy) and Russell Walto (Isa); and his siblings, Honey McElhaney, Barbara Beaghan and Victor Armstrong (Cathy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
