He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Spadafora and Grace Spadafora (DiRenzo); and his brother Anthony "Duke" Spadafora. He is survived by: his children, Ronald M. Spadafora (Debbie), John M. Spadafora (Sally) and Jennifer M. Cotter (Justin); and his grandchildren, Michael Cotter and Megan Cotter. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
