He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Virginia Volka; his brother Dean Rutherford; and his grandparents, Ralph and Mildred Carty Sr.. He is survived by: his father Jerry Rutherford, Sr. (Jeanne); his siblings, Jerry Rutherford, Jr. (Brenda), Joel Gamache (Brandi) and Susan Buscemi (Tom); his pets, Jake and Bella; Holly Brittingham.
