He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferdinand Rutkowski and Isabelle Rutkowski (Bittorf); and his sister Mary Lareau. He is survived by: his daughter Tina Barker of Pocomoke City, Maryland; his grandchildren, Westley Barker and Darian McCown (Cheyanna); his great grandchildren, Briella and Sawyer McCown; his sisters, Doris Nadalin (Guy) of Pittsburgh and Ruth Kent of Jacksonville; and his pet Susie Q.. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions in Roscoe's name to the American Heart Association.
