He is survived by: his sons, Wayne Oliphant (Christine) and Tony Oliphant (Jen); his grandchildren, Megan Albright (Justen), Mindi Cooper (Connor), Madison Oliphant (Evan) and Seth Oliphant (Maddy); his great grandchildren, Jonah, Croix, Banks and Millie; his pets, Ben and Murphy; and his siblings, Norma Short, Ronnie Oliphant, Becky Evans, Sherry Shultie, Doug Oliphant, Denny Oliphant, Lavessa Dennis, Peggy Jalot and Rich Oliphant.
