He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Wichmann and Ruth Wichmann; his sister Barbara Susan; and his wife Betty. He is survived by: his children, Karen Scarangella (Thomas) of Milford, DE, William'Chuck'Wichmann (Micki) of Owasso, OK, James Wichmann (Michele), NJ, Jeffery Wichmann (Paula) of Millersville, MD and Mary Jo Parada of Morrisville, PA.; and his brother-in-law Jerry Kline. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 16 PO Box 966 Bethany Beach, DE 19930 where Bill was an Associate Member.
