He was predeceased by: his parents, James Collins and Joan Collins; and his brother Oakley Collins. He is survived by: his children, Nicole, Shannon, Andrew and Megan; his brother Wallace Collins (Judy) of South Carolina; his nieces, Karen and Terry; his cousins, Debbie Osika (Ray) of Magnolia and Arlene Gordon of Dover; and his children, Nathan, Ashley, Alyson and Amber. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and second and third cousins.
