He is survived by: his wife Judy L. Moore (Hurst); his daughter Madison K. Moore; his nephew Chris Moore (Ashley); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Katelynn and Jackson; his nephew R. J. Moore (Ashley Bailey); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Croix and Wesson; his nephews, Chaz Moore and Billy Turner, Jr. (Kelly); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cody, Jaxson, Bryce and Zoey; his niece Lindsay Wilson; his stepmother Donna F. Moore (Charles Sr.); his stepsister Teet Sharp; his aunt Norlyn F. Ritter; and his sisters-in-law, Denise Moore (Rich) and Kelly Wilson (Steve).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Broadkill VFW (1000 Atlantic Ave, Milton, DE 19968).
