He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry W. Hutchinson Sr. and Marguerite L. Hutchinson. He is survived by: his wife Linda L. Rogers of Rehoboth Beach; his daughter Amy Hutchinson of Frederick; his siblings, Donald Hutchinson (Sylvia) of Greenville, Larry Hutchinson (Joan) of Lexington and Karla Pryor (Keith) of Lewisburg, Kentucky.; his father-in-law Preston L. Rogers of Milton; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara L. Rogers of Rehoboth Beach and David L. Rogers (Beth) of North Port, Florida..
