He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pierce and Daisey Pierce. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Pierce; and his children, Ron Pierce (Priscilla), Paul Thomson (Nicole), Robert Thomson and Jean Sauerbaum (George). He is also survived by his eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
