He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruey A. Justice and Clarice Justice (Stidham). He is survived by: his wife Martha Ann Justice (Hitchcock); his daughter Lori Ann Joslin-Bentivegna; his son-in-law Joseph Bentivegna of Dover, Delaware; his siblings, Bill Justice of Portsmouth, Nancy Lohman of Denver and Cheryl Justice of Las Vegas, Nevada; his grandsons, James Joseph Joslin of Milton and Dylan Michael Joslin of New Jersey; and his great grandchild Zachary Michael Joslin of New Jersey.
