With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joe A. Czarnik of Milton, Delaware, who passed away on October 9, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Katherine Czarnik (Kruczek) and Walter Czarnik; and his brother-in-law Walter Egnor. He is survived by : his friend Joe Hliva; his wife Diane Czarnik (Makowski); his son Adam Czarnik (Savanah Czarnik); his sister Mary Egnor (Czarnik) of Wilmington, NC; his nephew Shawn Egnor of Syracuse, NY; his nieces, Susan Eddy (David Eddy) of Wilmington, NC and Katie Canady (William Canady) of Wallace, NC; his brother-in-law Mark Makowski of Groton, CT; and his niece Jessica Makowski.
