He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Joseph P. Lodish and Diane R. Underkoffler Lodish; his wife Kathy M. Wool Lodish; his children, Michele L. (Colin Beatty) of Temple, Heidi J. Gesicki of Lititz, Kelly D. (Corry Price) of Manheim and Kerry J. Jr. (Desiree Lodish) of Richland; and his siblings, Bradley (Nancy Lodish) of Milton, DE and Jodi (Karl "Barney" Kreider) of Lancaster. He was also cherished by his wife, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
