He is survived by: his mother Kisha Teandra Evonne Hazzard of Milton; his caregiver Kisha; his brothers, Laquan Hazzard and Raheem Hazzard; his niece London Hazzard; his aunts and uncles, Nicole Harris, Rochelle Hazzard, Keshawna Hazzard, Brittany Hazzard, Tywanda Miller, Deidre Spruill, David Harris, Roland Harris, Corey Harris, Tyshi Hazzard, James Spruill and Chuck Spruill; and his grandparents, Sylvia Hazzard, Roland Spruill and Estella Kellam.
