He is survived by: his children, Bethany Sands and Erik Sands; his daughter-in-law Kara; and his siblings, Diana Sands and Eugene Sands. He is also survived by his three granddaughters.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Short Funeral Services - Milton (416 Federal St, Milton, DE 19968). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
