She was predeceased by: her parents, James Adams and Hilda Adams (Eckert); her husband Jean Baptiste Broillet, Jr. (Elizabethtown); and her brother Terence Adams. She is survived by: her children, Michele Paradysz (Dave) of Milton and Jean Broillet III (Kathie) of Kennett Square, Pennsylvania; her grandchildren, Trevor Paradysz (Jaclyn) of Millsboro, Tyler Paradysz (Kylie) of Millsboro, Jean Broillet IV of Philadelphia, Matthew Broillet of Phoenixville and Alexa Cervone (Scott) of Avondale, Pennsylvania; her great grandchildren, Lucas and Avery Cervone; her sister Jean Leonard; and her sister-in-law Martha Adams. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
