He was predeceased by: his parents, William Marks and Helen Marks. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Marks; his children, Karen Louis and Richard Marks Jr.; his sister Shirley Bauerman; his stepdaughter Bridgette Tanner; his stepgranddaughters, Natalie and Bailey Tanner; and his granddaughter Emma Louis Collins.
