He is survived by : his mother Patricia Koch; his mother-in-law Joann Koch; his niece Annabel; his nephew Robert; his sister Jennifer McDonald; his nieces and nephews, Braden, Nathan and Ryan; his siblings, James Koch (Sue) and Christina Rauch (Charlie); his nephews, Matthew, Daniel and Charlie; and his niece Jaime.
