He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Mullen (Bowlsby) and James H. Mullen; his brother Frank; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Watson and Fran Mullen.
He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Watson of Newark, Jim Mullen of Newark, Helen Lee (Wayne) of Newark, Beverly and Jeff Mullen of New Castle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
